Puerto Rico to Mainland-across the 50 state of the USA.
Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States. It became a U.S. territory in 1898, when it was acquired from Spain after the Spanish-American War. With approximately 3.4 million residents, Puerto Rico is the most highly populated of all United States territories. Since 1917, people who are born in Puerto Rico are U.S. citizens.
After 2016, many left the island and are now living, thriving and succeeding across the mainland-USA. The 2020 Census will show an increase in numbers since the last 2010 Census. Puerto Ricans have a positive impact across this nation-positive economic development across all industries, proud supporters of our military, contributions to education, and also the impact we will have on all upcoming elections!
Puerto Ricans will impact the upcoming elections.
